The City of Rialto's Waste Management Office provides a variety of environmental services to the residents, workers, and students in the City. The office oversees the City's trash and recycling service contract provided by Burrtec Waste Industries. Waste Management staff also give presentations to school groups, youth groups, service clubs, and businesses on such topics as:

- Environmental Crafts
- Household Hazardous Waste Management
- Recycling
- Waste Reduction

Quarterly Community Cleanup
The City has Quarterly Community Cleanup days to assist with disposing/recycling of special wastes or bulky items.
