City Manager's Office
Serving under the direction of the City Council, the City Manager is responsible for making recommendations to the council concerning programs and policies and developing methods to ensure the effective and efficient operation of city services.

City Clerk / Management Services
The primary responsibilities of the City Clerk’s Office are to plan and manage the operations of maintaining official records and documents, conduct all municipal and general elections, prepare agendas and minutes for the Rialto City Council, and perform special assignments as assigned by the Mayor and City Council.

City Treasurer
The City Treasurer’s office is responsible for the receipt, custody, deposit, disbursement, and investment of all City and Redevelopment Agency funds. Each month, this office prepares, files, and submits the statement of cash position report to the City Council on the City’s and Redevelopment Agency’s cash and investment standing.

Community Compliance
The City of Rialto’s Community Compliance Division provides service to the 103,000 plus residents of this community and our local business partners in the City’s twenty-two square mile geographic limits.

Community Development Department
The purpose of the Community Development Department is to plan and maintain safe, sustainable, and livable neighborhoods for Rialto residents, to encourage high-quality development that strengthens our local economy and improves the quality of life for future generations.

Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department
We strive to improve and enrich the lives of all ages and abilities by providing activities and services for mental, physical, and social well-being of the community we serve.

Engineering Services Department
The Engineering Division plans, designs, and inspects the construction of the City’s physical infrastructure, including parks, streets, sewer, transportation, and drainage improvements; and administers the landscape maintenance.

Finance Department
The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the fiscal affairs of the City, the Rialto Utility Authority and the former Redevelopment Agency.

Fire Department
The mission of the Rialto Fire Department is to enhance the health and well-being of our community through excellence in emergency medical services, fire protection, and risk reduction. We are committed to meet the public’s needs with compassionate service, professionalism, and innovation.

Maintenance & Facilities Department
The Public Works Department coordinates and provides direct services related to Engineering, Capital Improvement Projects, Infrastructure, Parks, Streets, Waste Management, Utilities, Tree trimming, Graffiti Removal, and Traffic and Transportation which includes but not limited to Traffic Signals and Signing and Striping through out the City.
